A detailed schedule will be posted closer to the event, but generally speaking organized activities will begin with a Meet and Greet Wednesday Evening and continue through Saturday. No organized activities will be planned on Sunday, for those that will be departing.

100% payment required up front, 120 day cancellation notice required.
Are you bringing a trailer?
This is especially important:
Most of the sites are only big enough to fit our larger rigs.
The campground has also blocked off their available storage spaces.
If you're going to be bringing a trailer, be sure to mention this when making your reservation so they can accomodate you with either a storage space or a site that will allow you to park your trailer in the gravel next to your rig.
How does this work?
First, You book your own Reservation
Be sure to call or email the resort and mention you're with the Dynamax Owners Group so that you're able to book within our block. We've got most of the campground blocked out this weekend so calling will ensure you're able to book in our block.
Don't forget to mention if you're going to be towing a trailer with your rig. The campground is aware a lot of us will be doing so and letting them know will help with them being able to accmodate your trailer.
Next, once you've got a reservation, let us know
After you've made a reservation with the resort, fill out this form to let us know. This will allow us to see who's coming while we're planning as well as notify you once registration is open.

Finally, come back closer to the event to register!
Once we've got everything in order we'll open up registration and ticket sales. This will happen closer to the event, but we need to have all the activites scheduled and vendor contracts signed first.
